Ervin holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev (Israel). With 20 years of experience in hydrogen and energy-related innovative research and development, project management, team leadership, steering committees, consortiums and bilateral projects with industrial and academic partners, Dr. Tal-Gutelmacher directs and paves the company’s current and future direction towards development and deployment of advanced Anion exchange membrane (AEM) fuel cells and electrolysis technologies and devices. Prior to her C.E.O. and former V.P. R&D and C.T.O roles at HYDROLITE, she held positions as R&D manager at Elbit Energy Systems and formerly as Alexander von Humboldt and Minerva Research Fellow at the University of Gottingen (Germany).

She holds numerous patents, several prestigious national and international awards and hundreds of scientific contributions in journal and conference publications.
